Karl Chip Seman, Esq. was recently featured in a WNBC New York article covering his client David Jimenez Salazar, a waiter who was convicted of manslaughter for fatally stabbing a busser with a broken bottle during an argument over tips.
Seman defends that his client acted after the busser grabbed a wine bottle and charged at him. He goes on to say, “At no time did the defendant ever intend to cause the death of his co-worker…[He] is exploring his appellate avenues.”
