In LongIsland.com, Karl Chip Seman, Esq. was announced to be representing defendant David Jiminez Salazar, who is being tried for the stabbing death of his co-worker.
At the time of the incident, Salazar, a waiter at the La Candela Restaurant in Hicksville, New York, was allegedly arguing with Elvin Padilla, a busboy, about tip money. Salazar is facing up to 25 years in prison.
