Recently, Karl Chip Seman, Esq. was interviewed by CBS New York on his defense of Michael Deangelo, who is being accused of killing four family members in a car crash. He is also being indicted for having been speeding and driving under the influence at the time of the collision, among other charges.
Namely, Seman expresses his want for the case to be presented to a grand jury. He goes on to say, “I would just ask everyone to, before they condemn the defendant or his family, just take a collective breath. Let the process work.”
