    • Class E Felony.  If you are convicted of a Class E felony, the penalties can be a maximum of 4 years in prison and a fine up to $5,000.00.
    • Class D Felony.   If you are convicted of a Class D felony, the penalties can be a maximum of 7 years in prison and a fine up to $5,000.00.
    • Class C Felony.  If you are convicted of a Class C felony, the penalties can be a maximum of 15 years in prison and a fine up to $15,000.00.
    • Class B Felony.  If you are convicted of a Class E felony, the penalties can be a maximum of 25 years in prison and a fine up to $30,000.00.
    • Class A-II Felony.  If you are convicted of a Class A-II felony, the penalties can life in prison and a fine up to $50,000.00.
    • Class A-I Felony.  If you are convicted of a Class A-I felony, the penalties can be life in prison and a fine up to $100,000.00.
